As a Workday Functional Consultant, one will conduct finance transformation of products and capabilities into one integrated offering to create sustained relationships with our clients. We support finance, procurement, and supply chain transformations where software is a true enabler of process improvements, cost reductions, and continuous innovation.

Workday Functional Consultant Responsibilities:

• Administer our clients' Workday platform, including configuration, data loads, custom validations, and/or optimization of Finance modules
• Monitor system performance, triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Workday functionality, data integrity, reports, and system integrations
• Partner with the Business Apps Manager and other team members to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within Workday

• Stay up to date with new Workday features, evaluating their potential impact(s) and making recommendations for the client's adoption
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into Workday system configurations and workflows
• Participate in design, testing, and deployment for Workday releases and enhancements
• Provide end-user support and training, equipping our client's employees to effectively use Workday
• Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, Accounting Information Systems, or related discipline
• At least 4 years of experience supporting Workday Financials in a post-production environment
• Strong understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security, business processes, and reporting
• Familiarity with Finance, Procurement, and/or Supply Chain processes, policies, and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize) as business needs change
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Certification in Finance-related Modules
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant consulting and/or professional experience
• Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday
• Experience with State, Local, and/or Higher Education industries
• Hands-on functional experience with business analysis and post-production incident management
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)

As a Workday Functional Consultant (Student), you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday's product solutions. You will provide your implementation expertise to our clients while understanding how to best configure and test Workday solutions to meet their business requirements.

Workday Functional Consultant Responsibilities:

• Identify business requirements, support or lead requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations as it relates to Workday Student Financial Aid
• Provide Workday implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support.
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements using Workday functionalities to enhance efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student, Workday Student Financials, or Financial Aid module, ensuring seamless operation for our clients.
• Assist in leading day-to-day activities within the client team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience working directly with Workday Student, Student Financials, and/or Financial Aid module at a college or university, or as a Workday Student consultant.
• Demonstrated expertise in using Workday to improve and automate business processes within various higher education departments including Registrar, Admissions, Records, Student Accounts, Financial Aid and/or Bursar.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Workday Student module.
• Knowledge of student records and registrar functions, business processes, reports, and other functional areas of Student Information System (SIS).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer service-focused approach.
• Self-directed with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday Student certified
• Knowledge of integrations between Financial Aid and supporting systems
• Experience developing reports for student areas utilizing Workday.
• Ability to communicate user requirements to the technical support team.
• Experience leading projects and utilizing project management skills.
• Previous experience consulting leadership on best practices.

• Involved in screening job applications by matching them with job requirements, planning & coordinating logistics & conducting interviews, reference checks and salary negotiation
• Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.
